Guaranteed Estimates is a service operated by Stokes Family Advisors LLC.

Guaranteed Estimates ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites (including guaranteedestimates.com and lp.guaranteedestimates.com), use our roofing estimate services, or otherwise interact with us. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

• Identifiers: name, email, phone number, postal address, IP address.
• Commercial information: project details, services requested, communication preferences.
• Internet or other electronic activity: pages visited, referring URLs, device and browser data, cookies, advertising identifiers.
• Geolocation data: approximate location derived from IP, and the property address you provide.
• Audio/visual: call recordings when you call or are called by us (with notice as required).
• Inferences: drawn from the above to estimate roof condition, project fit, and contractor matches.

We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, precise geolocation, biometric data, health data, or other "sensitive" personal information as defined under applicable state privacy laws.

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services and estimates.
• Match you with qualified roofing contractors in your area (see our Partner List).
• Communicate with you about your inquiry, appointments, and customer support.
• Send marketing communications where permitted (you can opt out at any time).
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically from your device, and from third parties (e.g., advertising networks, address verification providers, aerial imagery providers). We share information with:

• Partner roofing contractors listed on our Partner List, so they can contact you about your project.
• Service providers who help us run our business (hosting, communications, analytics, CRM, payment processing) under written contracts limiting their use of the data.
• Advertising partners, including Meta, Google, and similar platforms, for measurement and to deliver relevant ads. This sharing may be considered "sale" or "sharing for targeted advertising" under some state laws.
• Legal, safety, and corporate transactions when required by law, to protect rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Guaranteed Estimates does not share, sell, or rent mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. Information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers acting on our behalf, such as customer support and message delivery providers, and those parties are prohibited from using it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages are sent by Guaranteed Estimates, a service operated by Stokes Family Advisors LLC. We send text messages to business contacts who have inquired about our partner program, replied to our outreach, or requested information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations (including TCPA and consumer protection record-keeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Marketing records are typically retained for 4 years, and call recordings are retained per the GHL Message Retention Policy (6-month active / 3-year archive).

We will verify your request using the contact information you provide and may ask for additional information to confirm your identity. We will respond within 45 days (extendable by an additional 45 days where the law allows). If we deny a request, you have the right to appeal; appeals are decided within 60 days. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authority.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction, including encryption in transit, access controls, and routine security review. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including Meta, Google, and analytics providers) to operate our site, measure performance, and deliver advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Enabling Global Privacy Control will opt you out of advertising cookies that involve "sale" or "sharing" under applicable state laws.
